Bedrock Fuels Ltd. ("Bedrock", "we") operates bedrockfuels.com. We collect only what we need to answer you and to open and administer commercial fuel accounts.
What we collect
The forms on this site open your own email program with the details you typed. Nothing is stored on this website. When you send that email, we receive what you sent — typically your name, business name, contact details, vehicle information and, for account applications, banking details for pre-authorized debit. Our email is hosted by Microsoft 365.
How we use it
To reply to your request, assess credit, set up fobs and invoicing, and run the pre-authorized debit you authorize. We may share information with our bank and payment processor for that purpose, and with our fuel-management system provider to operate the cardlock. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. Pages are served by Cloudflare, which may log requests for security and performance. The embedded map is provided by Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy when it loads.
Your rights
Under Manitoba and Canadian privacy law you may ask what personal information we hold about you and request a correction. Email info@bedrockfuels.com.
Website terms of use
Information on this site — hours, products, prices, availability — is provided in good faith and may change without notice. Fuel prices are set at the time of each transaction. Commercial fuel accounts are governed by the signed Commercial Fuel Account Application and its Terms & Conditions, which take precedence over anything on this site.
The Bedrock Fuel Co. name, badge and content on this site belong to Bedrock Fuels Ltd. and may not be reproduced without permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
